Sybil Sight is a professional wearable and live-performance system. AM Guru, LLC stores only the email address and purchase information associated with your Sybil Sight account, and uses them solely to verify your product access. All other user data stays on your device. We do not sell personal data or use health data for advertising.
Who operates Sybil Sight
Sybil Sight is operated by AM Guru, LLC. This policy applies to the Sybil Sight Android and Apple apps, Sybil Sight accounts, sybilsight.com, connected Sybil Sight services, and supported wearable-device features. Questions can be sent to chris@chrismikemagic.com.
Information we store
AM Guru, LLC stores the email address and purchase information associated with your Sybil Sight account. We use them only to verify a qualifying purchase and provide the corresponding product access. We do not store any other user data from the app.
Information that stays on your device
All other user data is stored and processed solely on your device. This includes routines, scripts, cues, notes, recordings, captions, transcripts, images, imported files, audience or contact notes, app and device diagnostics, wearable identifiers and state, location, calendar and contacts data, and optional health information. This data is not collected by or stored on Sybil Sight servers.
How information is used
We use the stored email address and purchase information only to verify a qualifying purchase and enable the product access associated with it. We do not use this information for advertising and do not sell personal information.
Local processing and user-directed services
Recordings, transcripts, routines, health measurements, performance material, and diagnostics remain in app-private storage. If you explicitly configure and use an external provider or integration, the information you choose to send is delivered directly to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy; AM Guru, LLC does not collect or retain it.
With your separate permission, Sybil Sight can read from or write supported records to Health Connect. These records remain on your device and are not collected by AM Guru, LLC.
Sharing
AM Guru, LLC does not share the stored account email address or purchase information with other companies or organizations except as needed to process and verify a purchase. Sybil Sight does not contain third-party advertising. Data you intentionally send to a provider or export from the app is a user-directed transfer and is governed by the recipient’s terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
App content stays on your device until you delete it, purge it through available app controls, or remove the app, subject to Android or Apple backup behavior. Your account email and purchase information are retained while needed to verify your product access. You can permanently delete your account from the account page; deletion is irreversible and prevents subsequent use of the application. A limited record may be retained only where required by law.
Security
We use app-private storage and platform security controls for on-device data. Account email and purchase information used for access verification are transferred over an encrypted connection. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Sybil Sight is intended for adults and professional users. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can deny or revoke platform permissions, delete local content through the app, disconnect providers, and permanently delete your account email and purchase-access information from your account page. Revoking a permission can make the related feature unavailable.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
