  2. Compare conversation and request

    Use a harmless observation followed by an intentional request for information.

    Look for: You can tell when the assistant is responding and when it is simply receiving conversation.

  3. Review voice identity

    Explore Speaker Profiles and the active AI route. Inspect the identity associated with your sample.

    Look for: You know which recognition and confirmation controls apply to the workflow you are using.
