Find it again
Use Ask & Search with a phrase from your sample, then open the matching source.
Look for: The returned passage supports the detail you searched for.
Inspect the next step
Open Reminders and inspect any reminder associated with that sample. Review its wording and date.
Look for: You can distinguish the source conversation from the proposed reminder.
