The website assistant answers questions using public product documentation. It is not your private in-app Sybil memory.
What an AI question sends
When you submit a question, the server sends your question, up to four recent support-chat exchanges, and selected public SybilSight documentation to Meta Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor. Meta’s Contributor terms permit training on prompts and responses. Read Meta’s model documentation.
What it cannot access
This assistant has no connection to your private app records, contacts, recordings, account tools, or paired computer. It cannot run a routine, perform a scan, execute an API call, or operate Sybil Terminal. Its links point to product documentation.
Conversation and service controls
The server keeps up to four exchanges in memory for follow-up questions, with a 30-minute inactivity expiry and cleanup within approximately one minute. Clear conversation removes that server-side history. This does not delete requests already processed by Meta. The browser shows the conversation until you clear it or leave; it is not saved to browser storage.
A random, HttpOnly session cookie and HMAC-derived session/network identifiers support temporary rate and misuse controls. Counter records expire after 24 hours and are cleaned on subsequent permitted traffic. The application does not log question bodies or API keys. Hosting/proxy operators may have separate access logs. Resetting the conversation does not reset a cooldown.
Help without an AI request
Search guides instead performs a search over public documentation in your browser. It makes no model call. You can use every written guide without using the assistant.
